The QR changes every minute, so a link forwarded on WhatsApp stops working. Keep it on for a live screen; turn it off only for a printed code.

Blocks a second scan from the same phone and browser, even in a private tab. Turn it off in a big hall where many people share one Wi-Fi and the same phone model, otherwise they may be blocked by mistake.

Each person must type an ID (staff number, or the last digits of a phone number). One ID can only join once, so a second scan cannot be counted even from another browser. You see the ID next to each name.
