Are my Quick Draw names saved on your servers?

No. They stay in your browser.

The QR page says “Registration has closed.”

The organizer closed registration, the event expired, or it reached its participant limit.

I did not receive my sign-in code.

Check spam, wait a minute, then request a new one. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

How do I check a result?

Open the verification link or enter the Draw ID in the address: /v/BDR-XXXXXX.

When you report a problem, include the reference (like req_…) shown on the error page. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
